“Since the day I can remember I have always drawn. I was told off in school for drawing in exercise books and, every chance I got, I drew and drew. All types of subjects – everything and anything around me. So many people commented on my drawings I was able to make a little pocket money selling my work and I think my creative entrepreneur was born!”

Kate Simpson is a North-East based fine artist specialising in dog, horse, cow, fox and sheep portraits. She studied Motion Graphics and Animation at Northumbria University, and has been drawing, painting and creating her whole life. A former shortlisted artist for the David Shepherd Wildlife Foundation’s Wildlife Artist of the Year, Kate brings together her exquisite skill and love of nature to produce some of the finest works in the industry.
